    The PCBoard Prison BBS has joined VKRadio with this message. Hope to see a lot of messaging back and forth. My son is encouraging me to study and get licensed as he is already certified and wants me to join up. So where would be the best way to begin?

    I've been down for 6 weeks, due to software issues, but more so, for
    nearly nonstop days of thunderstorms. We don't have to worry about fire
    danger or water rationing right now.

    Fire danger dropped off rapidly here from Feb onwards, thanks to late summer rains.
