  • It Didn't Work Via QWK Mail

    Rob,

    The change didn't work via QWK Mail...it showed the
    local time, but it's still showing UTC. I went into
    SCFG under the control panel, and did what you said.
    I'll look to see what this manual post outside of QWK
    Mail does. I upgraded to 3.18b on Monday.

    Well, I'll live with that...but, I can't figure out why it is showing UTC either from SyncTerm on the BBS computer or from my laptop in my bedroom (the BBS computer is in my late parents bedroom).
