If your bank card is linked to paypal they don't need a password. I buy a l on ebay. I've always had a problem with unauthorized charges from ebay selle ucked".

I just use a debit card and don't put money in it until I purchase something. Last week I got hit for 2 dollars. Paypal returned the money but I still closed the account. I do not like people stealing from me even if it's only a dollar. I've never had unauthorised money taken directly from my debit card. Only from the ebay/paypal combo. To me they are both one in the same.
