    Just came across some sads news on Kevin Mitnick.

    He just passed away due to cancer....

    Just came across some sads news on Kevin Mitnick.

    He just passed away due to cancer....

    This was news to me. Kinda interesting to be getting news from a BBS, these days, though I guess I was a bit out of the loop due to traveling.

    But evidently his wife is pregnant. I'm kind of wondering if they decided to go for a kid after he got the diagnosis.

    But I don't mean to be awful or anything with that -- I'm sure it's a sad day for all the people who were close to him.

    And it's a sad day for most of the rest of us, too, since, whatever he actually did, he had a somewhat mythical reputation.

    Certainly, I expect an article or two in the next issue of 2600.

    And it's a sad day for most of the rest of us, too, since, whatever he actually did, he had a somewhat mythical reputation.

    i personally didnt know them but losing anyone is sad

    Yea; I saw the news on one of my tech sites first, but did see it going around the bbS bases too. :/ Sucks.

    It would seem that way - I do know that it was a year-long battle; one of the worst diseases known to humans... F C.
