  • icrd_user.js error message

    ok i did a fresh install and upgrade today.
    installed 3.13, upgrade to 3.14, same to 3.15.
    downloaded the sbbs_dev.zip nightly build, installed it.

    i get this error message. or something of the type.

    !JAVASCRIPT - ircd_user.js line 242 - missing ; before statement


    plus if i try to login via telnet/term i get an error message in the login prompt. something about the ircd something something.

    i just re-installed the 3.15 backup.

    ill try again in a few days.
    i just wanted to let someone know.

    In your /sbbs/exec directory, run:

    jsexec update.js

    Which IIRC will remove duplicate files from exec which were moved to exec/load at one point along the way.

    i get this error message. or something of the type.

    plus if i try to login via telnet/term i get an error message in the login prompt. something about the ircd something something.

    That's just about the lousiest (and unlikeliest) bug report I've ever read. :D

    when i start up the sctg (gui) in the "Services" panel that error message scrolls over and over in bold red letters.

    yes it seems so. i am no longer getting any type of errors anymore.
