These log messages indicate an incoming conntion (receive) activity - Not sending. Sending activity is indicated with the word "SEND" in the log messages.
Sorry for the length of the log file. Do I have a wrong setting or what am I missing?
Do you recoginize the IP address 3.149.229.176? It looks like something just scanning your ports that didn't expect to find an SMTP server there.
