I wanted to update the listing for the BBS to change the telnet address from tempestfury.d2g.com to tfbbs.d2g.com,
Now in the listing its says 2021 under the Since column, before I made the change it said 2001.
Is that because I changed the terminal services address to the new address ? of can I set the Since back to 2001 ?

No, you can set the "since" date to whatever date you like.

Not sure if this is related. Yesterday when I logged on to my board, it listed the users online that I could send Telegrams/Private messages to, and I saw myself on my bbs. Today when I logon I don see myself on the list

Please describe the issue with more detail:
Are you referring to the web server or the terminal server?
If you're referring to the terminal server, what commands are you typing exactly to list users that you can send telegrams/private messages to?

I added an external program to SCFG->External Programs->Online Programs->Main ->Available Online Programs
called Synchronet IM Command line is ?sbbsimsg -l , execute on event -> Logon .
Once I had it setup, i wait a day, since its based of the BBS List ( correct ?) and the follwing day, when I logged in to the BBS, I say the name of my bbs, with my name, and everyone else that was currently logged on to the different bbs's. Now two days later, I dont see my name when I logon in that list.

That's different. Normally, it's just the Inter-BBS option from the privatemsg module (Ctrl-P global hot key) or the 'I' command from the Chat menu.
http://wiki.synchro.net/module:sbbsimsg
You should not see your own BBS (or its users) in the inter-bbs list. For some strange reason I thought I saw it while connected to my board, but I could have been on a different board. And checking on a different board, I do see that I am listed as being online on my board.

If someone sends you a telegram, while signed in via the web, You see the popup that says <username> send you a telegram, and the message, but no way to respond ? And after you click OK, that telegram is gone ?

That's right. It's just a notification and there is no reply option right now.
You can send a message to someone on the BBS by clicking on their name in the Who's Online list, if you want.
There is currently no support for inter-BBS messages on the webIs there possibly support in the future to show uses currently online on different bbs, as a menu item ?
got it. is the reply option something that is on the road map ?

I also have an active users mod for webv4 that contains a link to my telegram mod to send a user a telegram. It can be dl'd from my web ui when the login is corrected.
I can look at adding it in at some point, sure.
I used to have them show up in the Who's Online list, in a separate section beneath the list of local users, but it was problematic. I plan on adding the feature back in at some point, but doing it properly will take a bit of work.I look forward to testing it out :)
