  • Beta Testers

    I'm working on version 2.0 of the AI-WX Weather door and I'm needing a couple of beta testers for a Windows 7 specific build. Here is what I'm looking for in the test sites...

    Site #1: Running 32 bit Windows 7 with .Net Framework 4.8 installed. This site will also need another machine with Windows 10 or Windows 11 within the same network to install a small console based relay API that can handle making the https calls to the weather APIs and then relaying that back to the AI-WX door under Windows 7 via http. Any or all of the above can be bare metal machines or virtual machines.

    Site #2: The same as above but the other additional machine that the relay API console app is installed on would need to be a Linux machine (Ubuntu, Slackware, Mint, Raspberry Pi 4,5 etc).

    Might be a reason to install win7 as well as port your wx door to WCBASIC :)

    I have the Windows 7/8 version of AI-WX Weather Door finished and available for download on my BBS and website at firesidebbs.com:23231 and firesidebbs.com respectfully.
