    Hey all,

Is anyone running any baja scripts or programs on their BBS? I've been thinking about my next project and I might want to tackle a baja to js conversion.

Just an old menu that I've modded for the BBS. A js menu might be
    interesting.

... What do you hope to find, anyway?

Something odd here: Nelgin posted that message in the Synchronet Sysops sub, but your reply was posted here, in DOVE-Net Sysops. Got something crossed-up over there?

if it's converted to javascript most likely it will be convoluted and a much larger file. baja is good for the simple stuff, javascript is good for utility uses.

Everything that I've converted from Baja to JS has been smaller (fewer lines) and easier to read in JavaScript.

so what scripts have you converted? usually when i see people do stuff in javascript and something that could be done in baja it's a bit bigger.
    maybe it's their style.

and easier to read in JavaScript.

I don't know what you mean by that. they seem about the same.
I would think that if you understand what you are looking at, one would not seem easier to read than the other.

Also it depends on what editor you are using. You indent a lot (rightfully so)so someone would need an editor and scroll to read or wrap things.

    noyesbar.src

... off the top of my head. I'm sure there's more.
