    enters in exactly what they want via an app and a machine builds

    When I found out I shouldn't have wheat anymore... do you have any idea
    how many places don't have a menu option to *not* have the bun/bread...
    but any human can easily recognize and fulfill this need.

    well you cant expect to have every wish fulfilled. and you can toss out the bread on your own easily.

    My brother had some medical issues a few years ago and I helped him look up nutritional stats on fast food places he used to frequent. The doctor wanted him under 2k mg of salt a day. Most fast food and items with shelf life are practically made of salt.

    My brother's girlfriend would cook for him, and she used to make him meals he could eat for a couple of days and heat up for lunch. She used a shit ton of pre-made beef and chicken broth. The stuff tasted like pure salt.
