average listening and comprehension as well as sufficient order
taking ability for custom orders.
I'd rather pull humans out of the service loop entirely. Customer
enters in exactly what they want via an app and a machine builds
the order precisely.
When I found out I shouldn't have wheat anymore... do you have any idea
how many places don't have a menu option to *not* have the bun/bread...
but any human can easily recognize and fulfill this need.

That assumes the interface even lets you order what/how you want something.
